I operate a home based clinic that offers relaxation massage using traditional swedish techniques, as well as deep tissue therapy for chronic repetitive strain injuries. I have a special interest in pre- and post-natal massage providing pampering to expectant and new mothers.
I graduated with Honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in June of 1999. Since that time I have maintained my registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and continue to expand on my knowledge through continuing education courses.

Registered massage therapy is covered by many extended health care plans. The therapist issues a receipt and you submit it to your insurance company directly. All plans are different: a prescribed referral from your medical doctor may be required by your extended healthcare plan.
If you are a coming to Pause Massage for the first time you will be asked to fill out some paperwork. So plan to come a little early for your first visit in order to have time to complete everything.
